Our inspectors carry out the inspection completely independently. This also means that you do not necessarily have to be present during the recording, as long as the house is accessible. On average, inspecting a home for an energy label takes approximately 30 minutes.

Every home in the Netherlands needs a valid energy label

An energy label may only be issued by a certified company
sale or rental
The energy label is required when selling or renting out the house
Valid for 10 years
The energy label is valid for 10 years after registration (in the RVO database)

- What insulation is incorporated in the house? Consider the insulation of floors, walls and roofs.
- What type of glass is used for the windows of the house?
- How is the house heated? Via a central heating boiler, heat pump, etc.
