Easy and quick
STEP 1. Request energy label
Go to the contact form to request your energy label. You’ll indicate the current situation, why you’re requesting the energy label, and what energy-saving measures have already been taken, if any. You can request a quote without any obligation.
STEP 2. Receive a no-obligation quote
You’ll receive a quote within one business day, tailored to the type of property for which you’re making the request. The quote will also include a time estimate for the assessment and delivery of the energy label.
If you accept the quote, an appointment for an on-site visit will be scheduled in consultation with one of our colleagues.
STEP 3. On-site inspection
After acceptance, a date for inspection will be scheduled. One of our certified inspectors will come to your location for the assessment. You may be present during the assessment, but it’s not required. As long as the inspector has access to the property at the agreed time.
Additionally, as the applicant, you ensure that all evidence of energy-saving measures (e.g., invoices and building plans) is available for the inspector to review on-site.
STEP 4. Receive the energy label
After the assessment, you’ll often receive the energy label within 1 week. The final energy label can be used for the sale or rental of a property. You’ll receive the label digitally by email as a PDF and a printed version by mail.

Appointment
After we’ve mapped out your wishes and you’ve approved the quote, we’ll schedule an appointment for the inspection date. This is done in consultation, of course.
Inspection
The inspection of your home is influenced by various factors. We also check the measurements on the drawings and gather data about the structural constructions and installations.
Reporting
Every part of your home is reported. The inspector maps out which aspects of your home score well and where there are areas for improvement.
Energy label
You’ll receive the energy label digitally and by mail. The energy label is registered with the RVO (Netherlands Enterprise Agency) and can be used when you want to sell or rent out a property.

Certified inspector on-site
Due to new laws and regulations, an energy label for a home (since January 1, 2021) can no longer be produced independently. It must be prepared by a certified energy advisor. Our experts have years of experience in sustainable inspections, are certified, of course, and specialize in energy labels.
The appointment for the assessment of your home is scheduled in consultation. Often, the inspector is on-site within 1 week. Do you need the energy label for your home more urgently? That’s not a problem either; we’ll look for an earlier opportunity in consultation.
